Figure 2: Grab the attackers arm at the elbow and the shoulder. Step back with your right foot.

Figure 3: Drop down on your left knee. Pull down on the attackers arm.

 

Figure 4: Drop to your right knee.

Figure 5: Throw the attacker over your back.
