both your hands. Step to the left.

Figure 3: Step back and behind with your right foot
bending at the waist as you turn.


Figure 4: Keeping the hand clamped to your head,
look up at the attacker applying pressure to the wrist
and elbow.

Figure 5: Remove the hand from your head,
keeping pressure on the wrist and elbow.
